L'elfe assis was born in 2013 from a desire to create a unique place, able to bring a new breath to the traditional creperies while respecting what we love so much, the simplicity of good products.
In terms of products, we work as much as possible in association with artisans and producers from Brittany, recognized for their know-how: butter and fresh cream from Maison Jean-Yves Bordier's (Ile-et-Vilaine), buckwheat and white flour of Moulin de l'écluse (Finistère), artisanal ciders from Maison Kerné (Finistère), ice cream and sorbets from Côtes d'Armor, etc.
The dough of our gallettes and crepes are daily hand-made, by our kitchen team.
Our menu is part of this traditional-trendy spirit, blending unmissable and surprising gourmet creations.
In terms of decoration, we wanted to create a warm, comfortable and trendy place that many clients have already privatized for their professional or family events.
